Wrap the dough in plastic and refrigerate for at least an hour, or overnight. When most of the flour is coming together, gently knead the dough into a ball. The goal is to keep the pea-sized chunks of butter in tact. Stir this with your hand or a wooden spoon, but be very gentle. Mix together the water and vodka and add to the flour/butter mixture. If the butter is too soft and it won’t stay in pieces, place the bowl in the freezer for about 15 minutes and then try again. You want to keep some of the butter in pea-sized pieces. They tend to be smaller, are just a bit tart and have a more intense flavor, but the larger variety works as well and I baked this pie using frozen berries with great success, since blueberry season is a few months away. I’m not even a huge blueberry fan, but when they are baked up in a pie shell, with just a bit of lemon, some sugar and pats of butter, I could eat the whole thing. Cool for at least 2 hours before serving.I love pie, all pies, but this blueberry pie stands above the rest. If the crust begins to burn before the filling bubbles, tent it with aluminum foil. It’s through our purpose and vision that we find strength when worries or concerns surface to make a meaningful difference beyond lip service and empty promises. Honoring our values and making the changes to uphold them with integrity requires courage and a true sense of purpose. For example, we might wonder if we’re doing it wrong, if we will negatively impact performance or profits or how we will respond to negative reactions from shareholders or customers. Whenever we attempt something new, worries and doubts are bound to occupy our thoughts. While implementing DEI programs might sound easy or simple, it can actually be quite radical, as implementing these values well involves overturning hundreds of years of embedded conditioning and power structures. ![]() In an interview I did last year with Mazin Jamal, a leadership team harmonizer, he made the great point that to really make a change, we must prioritize our values over our fears. Prioritize your values over your worries and doubts. This means being open-minded, open-hearted and humble and thinking creatively about how to be inclusive and step outside of dominant habits and patterns.ĥ. Actively advocating for and valuing DEI means seeking out diverse leadership providing opportunities for promotion, intentional and equitable compensation practices seeking out the opinions of minority populations developing minority populations for advancement and diligently becoming aware of nonintentional disrespectful communication. If your company is implementing DEI programs out of fear of being canceled due to pressure from consumers or just simply to look good, chances are the actions you take to address inequality and homogeny in the company’s culture won’t have a very meaningful impact. It’s one thing to say we value DEI, but it’s entirely another thing to actually value it. Actively advocate for and value diversity, equity and inclusion. We’re all human, and while we have different experiences both personally and structurally within our culture, common understanding and compassion can almost always be found if we’re open to finding it.ģ. When a disagreement arises, take the time to let each person speak, listening actively and asking questions for clarification. When speaking about diversity and inclusion, it’s important to keep the conversation real, immediate and practical, focusing on understanding multiple points of view. However, this kind of talk is empty at best and breeds miscommunication and misunderstanding at worst. Getting lost in political rhetoric is an easy trap for anyone to fall into when discussing and implementing DEI. ![]() After the release of Eternal Embers on PC and not on mobile, the character's copy will still work, but if you copy a character with skills from Eternal Embers the result is uncertain. And will block the usage of mobile database with PC savegames. TQRespec will not block using PC files with mobile savegame, but will alert. So is recommended to use Android database/text with Android savegame, and Windows database/text with Windows savegame. While (AT THIS MOMENT) there's no problem using a database from one platform on a savegame from another, we don't know when the compatibility will break. At this moment, the Android version is compatible with PC version. See above "Running without the game installed" to know where to copy the files. IMPORTANT: The game files (database and text) are ALWAYS needed. The security features being implemented in mobile operating systems are limiting user access more than before. Please don't ask about savegame access on mobile phones, there's nothing that can be done on TQRespec. The name of each savegame is "_save" and followed by a number, this number is the saveId. The characters are normally stored at Android/data/com.hg.titanquestedition/files/Preferences/SaveData/Main. TQRespec/savedata/_CharacterFromWindowsVersion The savegame directory can be copied from Android device to savedata directory in the same directory as TQRespec.exe, the structure is like this: TQRespec is unable to access the savegames directly on mobile, so you will always have to copy from mobile and copy again to device when finished. ![]() Android supportĬharacters from "Titan Quest: Legendary Edition" are supported, can be respeced or copied/converted. Unarchive moves the character back to default directory. When the archive is done, the character directory is moved from "SaveData/Main/_charactername" to "SaveData/Main/ArchivedCharacters/_charactername", hiding it from the game. To Archive or Unarchive a character, right click on the row and select the option desired. There's also an option to export the table to CSV. When you click on the button near the character selection list, you will be able to see a table with all your characters, with attributes and stats. Then you click on "Mastery / Reclaim" to have 23 points back from the mastery, so you will have the mastery with just 1 point allocated, or you can click on "Mastery / Remove" to have all 24 points from mastery. If you have a mastery on level 24 and 7 skills with points allocated, you can click on "Reclaim All Skills Points" to have the points from the 7 skills back to you. The button "Mastery" permits you to reduce the mastery level to 1 or remove the mastery completely. The first button "Reclaim All Skills Points" will remove all points allocated on skills on that mastery and make the points available to use in game. Below these lists, there are two buttons for each. Now if you change to Skills tab, you will see two lists with the skills of your character. In fact, you can't give more points to your character, just redistribute. The number that increases in each of the attribute fields follows in game rules. When you decrease an attribute, you will see the number in "Available Points" increasing, and when you increase an attribute the points are automatically got from "Available Points".
